Automation and AI

Build a no-code automation sequence

Create reliable WhatsApp flows with triggers, messages, buttons, lists, input capture, conditions, waits, CRM actions and human handoff.

Design the customer decision before the canvas

Write the goal, trigger, required customer data, allowed choices, exceptions and completion condition before adding blocks. A short, purposeful flow normally converts better than a long questionnaire.

  • Ask one main question at a time.
  • Prefer buttons or lists for known choices.
  • Accept natural text and voice transcripts where the answer is not a fixed choice.
  • Save reusable values such as name, product, quantity, city, state and pincode separately.
  • Define what happens when the answer is invalid, unexpected or sensitive.

Core blocks

BlockPurpose
MessageSend verified text, media, buttons or lists.
InputWait for and save a customer answer.
ConditionBranch using saved data, labels, state or other deterministic facts.
WaitDelay a follow-up within policy and template rules.
CRM actionAdd labels, update records, assign a team or create a handoff.
EndFinish cleanly and record the outcome.

Handle free text and interruptions

A customer may type a question instead of pressing a button. Configure accepted synonyms for safe known choices. If the message changes the intent or requires an unverified answer, stop or pause the sequence and route it to the configured AI or human queue.

Test, publish and monitor

  1. Keep a new flow in Draft.
  2. Test every branch with an internal customer number.
  3. Test misspellings, voice transcripts, unexpected text, opt-out and human requests.
  4. Confirm prices, media, links and saved fields.
  5. Publish only after validation, then monitor enrollments and fallbacks.
